Energy Saving and Energy Audit

ATLAN Construction & Investment Company is a member of a “Self-Regulatory Organization of Energy Saving and Energy Efficiency of the North Caucasian Federal District” Non-Commercial Partnership. In accordance with the Certificate No. ЭА-092-Д dated 7 Mar 2012 the Company is entitled to carry out activities on energy surveys (audit).

Federal Law No. 261 “On energy saving and increase of the energy efficiency” dated 23 Nov 2009 prescribes to hold a mandatory energy audit for the following organizations:

bodies of local and state government which are entitled with authorities of the legal entities;
organizations which carry out law-regulated activities;
organizations which the State and the bodies of municipal government take part in;
organizations whose main activities involve water, gas, heat and power supply, oil and gas extraction, refinery and transportation;
organizations which carry out activities on energy saving and increase of the energy efficiency, and whose main sources of financing are budgets of various levels;
organizations and enterprises which spend more than 10 million rubles per year for their activity resource provision.

While conducting energy audit the following is analyzed:

conditions of power, heat and water supply systems,
service yard of an enterprise (object),
condition evaluation of systems and tools (units) of energy carrier metering and their correspondence with the defined requirements,
checking of the enterprise (object) energy balance,
calculation of the power consumption rates for the manufactured products (or types of works),
expediency evaluation of the main energy saving activities done by the enterprise,
detection of the unfounded losses,
condition evaluation of the rationing system of energy consumption and energy carrier usage,
drawing up of the enterprise energy performance certificate.

Specialists of our company will conduct energy surveys of buildings, houses, apartment buildings, state-finances organizations, enterprises and other objects. Experts of the ATLAN will skillfully carry out all the works in full accordance with the laws of Russian Federation and in due time established by the energy audit contracts.
